Survival Manual for Professional Nurses

Survival Manual is about nurses coping at being a nurse. The focus in this manual is to encourage, support and inspire them. The author describes her nursing experience during her career as a nurse and explains what almost caused her to leave the profession.  This manual encourages nurses being supportive of others, as well as to themselves. This manual identify that a nurse’s well-being is the most important factor for nurses. This manual challenges nurses to bring positive changes to this profession.
